REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at stoptheroar@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for sizing issues, change of mind, or normal wear and tear.
